I am going to buy a Big Green Egg. And I am going to buy it soon. I might even buy it this weekend. I was waiting on my dad to get tired of his, but he has gone in the opposite direction as expected. He cooked a pizza in it, Ags. A pizza!!!

So I need a large Egg, correct? And a place setter? And electric starter? And BGE charcoal or any lump charcoal?

I was watching a youtube video the other day and this guy was using a ThermoWorks thermometer. It had one cable that he clipped on to a grate to watch the grill temperature and another with a needle that was stuck into the meat to monitor that temperature. What sort of thermometer do you have, how much does it cost and where can I buy it?
