What say you of this incident AY?
For those unfamiliar, a fan behind a Cubs reporter flashed an upside down "OK" sign with his hand while the camera was rolling. The Cubs interpreted this as a racist gesture and banned the fan for life.

I had no idea that the "OK" hand sign had ever been interpreted as having any racist connotation prior to reading about this story two days ago.
The Cubs say they tried to reach the fan, but didn't. How can they possibly know the fan had racist intent and wasn't just playing the circle game?
To assume someone had racist intent, this "white power" hand sign would have to be pervasive and common knowledge. I don't see how it's anything close.
What next, will Ags be ostracized for passing back "beat the hell"?
