- Richard Moore played on a state champion HS football team...and couldn't relate to the level of practices at TAMU at all according to Sumlin just a whole different level, but funny retort from Moore was "So all we did at the Hill was practice everyday and dang near won every game...if we practice just a little more here will we win every game here, too" or something like that
- people want to know how Sumlin is grabbing all these top rated JUCO recruits. His answer? "It's something called recruiting". (I didn't ask that question but the obvious answer is reason to hope for success, good coaches, and opportunity to play the remaining eligible years)
-live auction including game day experience tickets, Johnny M/JDC signed football and JDC signed helmet went for more than $40k total. Football went for over $20k alone
