Well, in spite of the 12th Man Foundation being able to guarantee the player development center AND the
renovation of Blue Bell Park, Trev only wants to commit to the player development center at this time. It will be at least 2029 before Blue Bell is renovated. I can see why Schloss became impatient. Having said that, he left in a very shitty way.
