A friend and I are looking into a couple of rental properties in the area and want to have local representation. Ideally we would have someone that
1) has been in the area for a while
2) understands the rental market just as well as the new home sales (target properties seem to be renting for well below market)
3) has or can connect us to reputable property management companies. We both have day jobs and dont want to waste our time finding plumbers.
