I keep seeing questions about the timeline of the Blue Bell renovations. It is going to be done in two phases, with the player development phase done first and the actual stadium done second. The entire project will be about $112 million with the player development center constituting $28 million of that total. I believe the player development phase will start around Jan 2026 and the stadium renovation will not start for about three years. This was not the initial plan, but Alberts decided he wanted the construction done in two phases which naturally extended the timeline. Disappointing, but it is what it is.
