I am going to be serious for once. I have an At Will contract at my job that lists my annual salary. Recently, the company I work for has fired a few salesmen and reduced pay to a few salesman. Unfortunately, I was one of those.
Anyways, they called me and told me they were reducing my pay but they have never sent me a new contract to sign or any other written notice of loss of pay.
Anyways, I am about to quit the job but I am going to ask for my money they withheld because I did not get a new contract detailing my reduced pay.
If we have some contract experts in here I would appreciate the advice. Gig Em
