Friends have a nice 3/2 loft in Downtown Bryan that they just finished, and are renting out. I believe its also available for Auburn and SC since they just started marketing it.
There is now a free shuttle from Downtown Bryan to Kyle Field, so you don't have to mess with parking. The downtown area has really taken off, and there are some good bars/food down there now.
