So I've got a job interview on Thursday via phone with a guy who is a true, former Top Gun Instructor. I work with a couple of naval aviators, sub guys (all Naval Academy) and a few West Pointers who were mostly field artillery officers so I think I kinda know the type, but want to be as prepared as I can be.
Who here might have this background?
I'm fairly knowlegable on naval and air force aviation but want to make sure what I might say and not say. I won't tell him I've got the need ...for speed, although it will gnaw at every fiber of my AY self not to.
What would you talk about (outside of his company and this role) without looking like a damned fool.
All comments serious and totally non-serious are welcome. I'm working on asking how tough it is to change a spark plug on an F-18....
