My son is wrapping up his freshman year at TAMU & is leaning towards declaring electrical engineering as his path. He really loves math & physics, especially the theoretical Oppenheimer & Good Will Hunting-type stuff. He’s doing well grades-wise (4.0), and he’s progressed so far beyond my skill-level I have no valuable insight to offer him.
