Happen to come across a news story the other day how some members of congress are worried we are giving away AI technology. This stuff is very frightening to me especially in the wrong hands. Question, even with iron clad protocols to keep this technology out of the hands of foreign adversaries, would it matter, or could they crack the code anyway? Also, the moratorium on AI development is it a smart move? I doubt China, Russia or any other country will stop development.
