60 years ago today one of the greatest fighters ever built, the McDonnell Douglas F-4 Phantom II, made it's first test flight. At the controls was test pilot and Texas Aggie Bob Little. Over 5000 were built. I spent over 9 years and 1600 hours in this great plane. It's like the first young lady you get more than close to, you never forget the feeling.
