St. Pius X junior wide receiver Chase Lane committed to Texas A&M with his teammate, quarterback Grant Gunnell. The duo were the first two recruits in the Aggies 2019 class.
Lane transferred to St. Pius X at the start of this school year and has been able to reconnect on the field with his past, now current and future quarterback Grant Gunnell. The two grew up playing football together, and they picked up right where they left off; a one-two punch on offense, making plays and scoring touchdowns.
Lane talks one-on-one with AggieYell about the state of the Texas A&M coaching staff and what the plan of action is.
Lane and Gunnell committed to A&M in early June.
