If all I'm reading about Lanning is true and he's actually our target I can't see a scenario where he signs with A&M until his team is out of games to play this season. Until a deal is signed it can be messed with (other schools jumping in on him, Phil Knight money whipping him, etc). The best case scenario would be for the Ducks to lose one more game thus taking them out of contention for a CFP spot. Therefore, on November 24th I'll be rooting for the Oregon State Beavers!
