I coach a HS BBQ team and we recently qualified for Nationals in Branson,Mo. We competed at the state meet in Burnett,Tx last weekend. We did really well except chili. Also, for the national meet tri tip was added as the 6th category. Anyone have a good chili recipe they are willing to share? Any pointers of cooking tri tip?
