Questions for the mods. How has the transfer portal affected recruitment of HS players? Does it allow the staff to be pickier in who they recruit because they can go into the portal to fill holes? Or, is it still like the old days where they just get numbers? I would think the portal lets coaching staff's around the country be pickier about who they recruit.
