Watching them play 2 things stood out

1. They were very disciplined
2. They seamed to be very intelligent football players on both sides. They made very few assignment mistakes and always seemed to have a good idea what the other side was going to do.

When I look at their roster I see that their 1's on both sides of the ball are extremely experienced.

Offensive starters - 5 Seniors, 4 Grad students 1 junior and 2 sophomores (one of which is the fulback)

Defensive starters - 6 seniors, 1 Grad Student, 1 JR, 3 Sophomores

We have to get to the point where more than half of our starters are not sophomores and freshman! Experience makes a big difference mentally and physically.
