I know this is going to sound weird, but a Cooking with Marshmello tiktok about a beef wellington sandwich made me want to get better in the kitchen.
I can order cookbooks, etc., but I'm curious about what I need to get started. Knife-wise....what is necessary? I'd like to get a few quality items that are commonly used.
