Back on 1971 it was widely reported tu wanted to swap out Bevo for an armadillo. It got so much traction that during halftime some enterprising Ags released some orange painted dillos as the tu band was trying to perform. And it was also rumored that the outhouse atop Bonfire had live armadillos inside, prompting some offended Aggies to formally complain to the administration about animal cruelty.
