Complete inability to consistently make open shots and free throws be pinned on the coach?
Do they not practice shooting? I Would think they practice shooting plenty.
Do they just have serious mental block they can't get past? The fact that it seams to be a multi-year issue I don't think this is it.
Is it the result of recruiting poor shooters? I think this is likely the root cause, and that's on Buzz.
