Byrne was a cartoon character. He did hire Pat Henry and Gary Blair. But Bowtie's book make him look terrible. He can't be #1 on the list. Has to be close to the bottom.
Hyman was worthless. I barely remember his tenure. He can't be #1 on the list. Has to be close to the bottom.
Woodward brought in Jimbo, which turned out to be a disaster. He also hired Buzz. He can't be #1 on the list. Has to be close to the bottom.
Bjork botched Jimbo's extension and Elko's hiring. Jury's still out on a lot of his hires. He can't be #1 on the list. Has to be close to the bottom.
