This may only interest me, but I would like to read your thoughts and specifics on the roles and responsibilities of the Director of Recruiting office. How do they effect recruiting? How important are they in the process? Must be pretty important if they have a Director title. Not looking for a hit piece on whoever is there now, but it would be interesting to see the differences between what Malchow did in relation to current staff (maybe it's just developed relationships).
There are probably some on here that already know all this, but I expect there are some, like me, that aren't really clear on exactly what they do. If there's not interest in it from AYers, and they will certainly voice an opinion, then it probably wouldn't be worth the effort to go through it. Anyway, just a thought.
