taken a look at what our ranking would be from the 2022 famed recruiting class if you took out all the guys that are no longer on the team? That recruiting class got a lot of attention and were labelled as the best class of the internet era but if we were to look back at it now I wonder what the ranking would be. Still a solid class but definitely nowhere near #1.
No longer on the team:
Denver Harris - disciplinary (6.1*)
M. Groves-Killebrew - injury / disciplinary? (5.9*)
Anthony Lucas - disciplinary (6.0*)
Chris Marshall - disciplinary (6.0*)
Deyon Bouie - disciplinary (5.9*)
Ish Harris - disciplinary (5.8*)
Patrick Williams Jr - disciplinary (5.9*)
We signed 30 guys that year. If you took out these you'd still have 23 and I believe they only rank the top 20 recruits.
