Unlike Jimbo, who is a superb salesman, I expect Elko will get strong recruiting classes because of wins on the field. Despite filling the roster with talent, Jimbo never really had the wins to follow. But he was able to sell potential that never emerged. Elko's first couple of classes may not look as strong as Jimbo's but I expect he will be able to translate the talent into W's and that will eventually attract better talent, leading to more W's. Just my take. We'll see what happens.
