He'll meet with all the players individuals, and he intends to call the commits and talk to their parents too.
Says that the toughness that you need on defense is critical, but they need an explosiveness on offense, since every good team, no matter the defense, is going to need to win a 38-35 game.

I asked about juggling the difficulties of the portal and early signing while assembling a staff, and he said they're going to try to go 100 miles in a precise direction. They're going to have to rely on t some of the people already in the building and will try to get people in here quickly.
