When he was asked about most important QB traits, he said, in this order, leadership, accuracy and poise. He then went into more about each one, particularly poise, specifying dealing with the "occupational hazard" of playing the position. In essence, what are you, as the QB, going to do when you face adversity i.e., mistakes like sacks, fumbles or picks. His vision is next play. It better be the QB's, too.

I also loved how he answered he answered the "learning details versus playing freely" question. He's detailed oriented. Even more than Jimbo, likely. "Playing freely to perfection is a great goal" and one I think he understands well as an OC. It is a "goal," and that is what makes him such a great play teacher and play caller.
