Cruz (R-Texas) has a draft bill that he says would “provide legal certainty” and “nationwide legal uniformity,” and he’s invited former Alabama football coach NICK SABAN, Atlantic Coast Conference Commissioner JIM PHILLIPS and several student-athletes to discuss it.
