Climate change is a political game

Climate change estimates are constantly being adjusted, and the estimates are always going down (less impact). While 97% of climate scientists agree (well, based on John Cook's survey which all agree was not a scientific survey) in the anthropological (man caused) effects on the climate, the ramifications are constantly being revised, and these revisions, based on actual data, are constantly being downgraded. Michael Mann's "hockey stick" is now seen as a joke.

"The flood of new data has forced the United Nations to revise downward its prognostications of ocean-level increases. The worst-case sea level rise by 2100 was revised downward from 3.7 meters in the first IPCC report to 1.2 to in the second, to 0.8 in the third, and to 0.6 in the fourth." From 3.7 meters (about 12 feet) to .6 meters (2 feet), every new estimate is far less, and what will the next update estimate?

The new consensus is that man-made-climate change is responsible for about half of the climate change we are experiencing, and the newest estimates are that by 2100, we will see an increase of 1 degree Celsius (of which half a degree would be attributable to man, the other half a degree completely outside the control of man). This is such a far cry from what we were being sold regarding "the biggest threat to mankind". Maybe this is why NASA scientist Jim Hansen, one of the earliest proponents of the idea that global warming is manmade, slammed the Paris accord as “half-assed and half-baked,” a “fake,” and a “fraud.”

All these lies for political motives. Okay, there is climate change, and probably man has a hand in it. But it's not nearly as significant as we've been told. And with or without man, we project increases over the next 84 years, but nothing like we were told. Why not just state the truth: the climate change movement is about global wealth redistribution. It's about how the west, particularly the United States, in liberal minds, made its wealth by exploiting and colonializing from the poor, third world nations, and we need to pay. This is why the US, through Obama and other liberals, is self-imposing all these carbon emissions limits and killing industires while allowing most 3rd world nations to continue to increase their carbon footprint. It's really just punishment, the movement of jobs and economic power to other countries, at the expense of the evil United States and other western countries.
