I’m looking for a deer processor that is within 30 minutes of a Houston to College Station to Huntsville to Kingwood loop that specializes in having casings that are not rubbery or cook up hard.
I’ve had sausage from Midway in Katy, the place next-door to Slovacek in Snook, and got screwed on how much meat I got back from Bellville meat market and I’m not going back.
Maybe that is as good as it gets, but I think it can be better than what I found.
