Campus Insiders’ Pete Fiutak said Texas’ realistic goal in 2015 should be to win 10 games.
He added that the Longhorns won’t be better than four of their opponents – Baylor, Notre Dame, Oklahoma and TCU – but they need to find a way to win those games.

“Texas has got to be above that,” Fiutak said. “There are more than enough good players across the board and for this coaching staffing to do more – win 10 games.”

Fiutak also said Texas needs to get their offense up to speed.

“They’re going to have to keep with TCUs and Baylors of the world,” Fiutak said. “They’re going to have to really rock with this offense.”

sip replies to article:

"People have short memories. 10 years ago Texas beat Baylor 62-0. Texas went to the National Championship game twice in four years not so long ago. Texas still recruits the best of any school in the state. Texas was down for a bit but has been reinvigorated by an energetic staff that is looking to the future more than trying to just limp along today. Ten wins might be a struggle but look out in 2016 and beyond when Charlie has players brought up in his hard nosed system who are upperclassmen. Hook 'em!"

This one:
"Let's be honest ,TCU isn't more talented than Texas. Baylor isn't more talented than Texas. They just have great schemes that score points. Same deal with Mike Leach at Texas Tech a few years ago. "
