Say you've worked over the last 6 months or so to get back where you need to be fat wise and now you're ready to build and shape a little.
What amount of protein should you be eating?
I'll drink a shake for breakfast at 25 gr
3-4 Quest protein bars throughout the day @ 20 gr each
Chicken breast and can of spinach for lunch.
Normal, light dinner. (Sometimes bad, sometimes good)
Am I consuming enough to build? Or am I still under nurishing?
