I'm an "active member of an llc." My company sucks balls and we just found out this week we are being hit with a bunch of new things that are going to cost us money. Another firm has been recruiting myself and a few other guys for a little while and the timing seems right.
My real question is can I recruit others to come with me. I'd really like to have a strong team with me and everyone at my job is f-ing miserable. Can I tell them there is another option or can this come back on me somehow?
I would not be starting a new company but rather an existing company would start a local office for us.
