The last time the GOP won the popular vote was in 2004 when Bush beat a terrible Kerry by about 3M votes, but it was 1988 when Bush Sr won against Dukakis by over 7M before that. The GOP just did it again, and Trump being a populist is turning the Republican party from the party of big banks and big business to the common man. Trump also gained over 3M votes while the DNC lost over 6M votes in 2024. He is resonating hard with poorer voters who have been listening to the promises of the DNC for 50+ years and only see worse outcomes.
  • Schools are worse
  • Gap between rich and poor is increasing
  • Home ownership is out of reach for a lot of Americans.
  • Poor homeowners are being 'gentrified' out of their homes by wealthy liberals in places like east Austin and downtown Dallas.
  • the list goes on and on....

Will the DNC shift tactics or continue their obsession with gender, DEI, and abortion? If @KeithDB is a barometer of the DNC thought process, they are doomed.....
