I'm sure this goes for several of the boys, but I noticed a few players growing up fast. The learning curve was in full effect. Mistakes were made and corrected. One that really caught my eye is when Mack over pursued the running back, while the QB optioned the keeper. That play got Ball st. a first down on one of the better run plays of the night. Next time they ran the same play, Mack thought about killing the RB, stopped and stoned the QB in his tracks. It's great to see these guys excell and gain knowledge. That kind of intense action can't be found on practice field or by watching film.
