I thought is yards and loss of down. Because there was an intentional grounding against state Penn on their 1st down play where they punted on "3rd" down. It truly was 4th down is intentional grounding brings a loss of down with it. The mistake was made by calling the next play from scrimmage 2nd when it should have been advanced to 3rd down.
