In looking through the new 250, and then looking through the updated 2019 Team Rankings, I noticed that most SEC programs have NO Texas kids in the 2019 class outside of A&M and Akrie.
Rank
1 - AL 0 - TX kids, 21-Total commits to date
4 - GA 0 - TX kids, 17-Total
7 - LSU 3 - TX kids, 19 Total
9 - Miss 1 - TX kid, 27 Total
13 Tenn 0 - TX kids, 18 Total
16 Akrie 6 - TX kids, 18 Total
18 USC 0 - TX kids, 16 Total
19 Aub 0 - TX kids, 13 Total
23 MSU 0 - TX kids, 23 Total
That's 10 Texas kids (outside of A&M) out of 172 commits, or only 5.8% from Texas. Not making judgements here, but either the state of Texas wasn't that great this year, or we (along with OU and tu) totally dominated a great state.
