The transfer portal window is a time for players to enter. Once in, the players can sign and enroll with schools well after it closes. The window is simply the only chance non-graduate players have to enter. Graduate players can enter anytime. Once notified by a player, FBS schools have 2 days to enter the name into the portal.Transfer portal open: Dec. 5
