Big Twelve/10 teams then making it to the Elight 8 = ZERO
So aTm obviously learned to play B-Ball in,,,,
the toughest B-Ball Conf in the Nation...

NCAA Tourney $$ Units: Tourney Win = 1 Unit.
Big Twelve/10 had 7 teams in, that produced only 6 $$ Units.
The SEC had only 3 teams, that produced 11 $$ Units.
UK - 5 - Final
UF - 4 - Final Four
UT - 2 - Sweet 16
aTm = Zero (but we still give them a charity $$ cut anyway)
* Less than 1/2 the teams, but with almost double the $$ win units.
The X-spurts claim the Big 12 is toughest,

Why I'm not mourning the 36-3 Gator's loss in their 5th Final Four?
New School Records:
Most Wins in a season with 36.
Longest Single Season Winning Streak was set at 30.
Home Floor Win Streak, currently at 32 and counting.
Highest Season Winning Percentage in UF history at 92.3%.
The First and Only SEC school to ever go 18-0 in the regular season.
With the 3-0 SEC Tourney added, it's now 21-0.
UF Played the #1 RPI, #2 BPI, while holding opponents to 57.8 pts/gm.
PG Scottie Wilbekin - SEC PoY
C Patric Young - SEC Def PoY - SEC Scholar Athlete of Year x3.
SF Casey Prathter - Led the SEC in FG%.
PF Will Yeugette - Unsung Hero and fan favorite.

SF Dorian Fenny-Smith - SEC 6th Man of Year, UF's leading rebounder.
SG Michael Frazer II - SEC leading 44.7%, & UF Record with 118 3's.
While the 4 Seniors set a new UF Career Record with 120 wins.
And Billy Donovan is again, the SEC Coach of the Year.
So I didn't get the cherry on top, but that's still a pretty sweet treat.
I choose to be happy with what we have, not moaning about the little
bit extra that I didn't get.

The Ag's made the SEC proud with all of their B-Ball

UF 61-60 UK (-1) SEC Tourney Championship
(making UK a 3 time loser - do let me know IF aTm ever does that)
Kentucky walks away from the season with zero championships,
and only the SEC Freshman (one & done) PoY (Randal).
Still, for a Blowgrass fan, not a bad year I guess...
UF also beat the other SEC team in the Dance (Tn) 3x's.
BTW, Tn is the only other team to ever beat UK 3x's in a season.
Kinda neat for a Gator fan, to do so to both in the same season....

In 6 minutes against UCLA in the Sweet 16 he had: 7 pts, 3 rbs, 1 blk
If you extend those stats out to a full 40 minute game it would be:
47 points, 20 rebounds and 7 blocks.
In his limited spot action as a backup, he still shot 59.3% on his FG's.
Only 1/2 of that would likely win you the National Player of the Year Award.
He announced yesterday that he's not an NBA one & done, he's coming
back! In 18 years at UF, Billy has only had 2 player go one & done.
PF Donnell Harvey in the 1st round, and SG Bradley Beal, a #3 pick.
IMOHO, team building takes student/athletes, not one & done semi-Pros.
Slam-Bam-Thank-You Ma'am doesn't work well in Basketball either...
