Surface pro 3 question.
My boss has a SP3 with 16gig ram and SSD. His issue, most noticed when saving excel or power points, is that the when he goes to hit save the computer will lock up and say excel/PP is not responding for up to five minutes at the longest, after which it unfreezes and the save is complete.
File size doesnt seem to make a difference even with small files it will hang on saving for a little while. He regularly does the reset holding the up volume and power buttom for 15-20 seconds. And that clears up the issue most of the time for a little while.
Is this possibly something wrong with his unit or configuration with the solid state drive, have there been any other issues like this brought to you attention. Should he be shutting down completely more regularly.

On a happy note, he cant wait for 10 to come out and our IT to approve it and put it on.
