It looks like services such as periscope and meerkat aren't windows friendly for one reason or another (although periscope-owner twitter came preloaded on my surface).
Is there some sort of Microsoft live streaming service for tablets/phones? a quick search didn't turn up much. It is just something I'm interested in using for work.
