Tallahassee & Bonita Springs/Naples recs

My family and another family are headed to Bonita Springs in a week. We are driving and stopping in Tallahassee for the night on the way. We ran into a couple at an Austin brewery wearing a "Drink Tallahassee" shirt and they recommended DEEP brewing company to us as a must.

Do you have any Tallahassee restaurant recommendations, other breweries or must sees in Tallahassee?

Same question for the Bonita Springs/Naples area. We stay in Bonita Springs for a week, so any excursions, restaurants or golf courses please send my way.
