I'm a REALLY picky eater. Basically, my diet has consisted of chicken fingers, French fries, root beer, and popcorn for as long as I can remember. This weekend is Mother's Day, which is a huge deal in my family.
Our family always gets together on this weekend and has a big get-together. This is the first year that we'll gather at my house. We usually meet at my sister's, fire up the smoker, eat, laugh, and just enjoy each other. I got a new smoker for Christmas but I've yet to use it.
I haven't told my family that I'm a vegetarian yet and I don't really want to discuss my reasoning for making that choice since none of them have heard about the big hot dog accident I posted about on here a few months ago. You think they'd question me if I tried to smoke some chicken fingers? Maybe some bacon and/or beans? Any other vegetables yall like to throw on the pit besides chicken fingers, pork and beans?
