I retired from active duty August last year and have been looking at GS with few interviews. I have always thought of going into real estate and was looking at doing the Realtor Academy program here in San Antonio.
Is this a quality program? Any advice on the local industry?
Currently not practicing medicine anymore but still teaching as adjunct instructor for UMGC. Retirement is boring and im looking to try something new.
