Its amazing if you look at all the different OC DC and assistant coaches that have gone through Tuscaloosa, and the continuous elite level teams they have had for over ten years. There is only one common denominator, Saban. People will say it’s his system yada yada. Yes the system contributes to success. Many people have copied his system. I believe Saban, he and alone, is the difference. Saban has the ability to bring the best out of coaches and players. He is truly the GOAT and an unbelievable CEO. I wish him the best.
