There have been numerous discussions over the years on what Rule #1 actually says. Tonight, there was a discussion and slight disagreement as to what it says and means.
SO, as to help those who do not know what the actual AY statute, that is entitled, Rule #1 says. I thought I'd post the actual statute as a public service.
And remember, ignorance is NOT an excuse for noncompliance with the law.
Title 1: AggieYell Code of Conduct and Relationship
Subtitle: Moral Obligations and Liabilities
Chapter 5: Discussion of Chicks of any Ilk (and/or dudes if that's your thing
Section 5.002: Discussion and or Conveyance of AY Rule #1 Statute
Upon conveyance or discussion of any said female or discussable individual, whereby the person bringing the discussion to the forefront, shall, unless explicitly noted upfront, will have the responsibility and it be incumbent upon said person to produce photographic discovery of said individual for all to view, discuss, and render a group opinion. Any said individual not in compliance with this photographic discovery, upon starting a new thread, responding to an existing thread, or IM'ing any individual directly shall be on violation of this statute, and shall have to endure any and all said verbal abuse.
It is the law.
