Was traveling back from Wichita Falls to the Austin area on Sun afternoon and must have passed 75-100 of those large custom horse trailers with built-in living quarters. Man those things have come a long way in the last 10-15 years. Probably 30% of them were pulled by 18-wheeler type tractor rigs.
This must be the way rodeo people roll these days huh? Couldn't have been your average weekend hobby rodeo people b/c these were huge rigs.
Most of the rigs we saw were between Mineral Wells S to about Lampasas and were headed northbound on hwy281. Lots around Stephenville/Hamilton area.
Does anyone have an idea where these rigs were coming from or headed to? Looked like most were coming from and headed to the same places.
Just curious...have been away from that world for a while now.
