Rocco's: Best spot to camp in Texas

What is your favorite camping spot in Texas? Looking to take my 3 boys (2, 4, 5) for a long weekend during the October bye-week. Prefer no more than a 6 hour drive from Houston.

Wanted to hit Lost Maples, but it's booked. Let me have your Suggs & reccos...

I've done Garner, Meridian, Bastrop, and Pedernales with my older two...looking for something different.
