Did we ever get a confirmation on who chooses the running back when a play is called? If I remember correctly I think it was mentioned that the OC calls the plays and the RB coach chooses which RB gets on the field. It seems there was some miscommunication going on last year when you take out Tra on 3rd and 1 and bring in Brandon.
Well, this year we're adding another dimension to this setup. Who calls the running plays this year? Is it still Spav? I assume Spav and Christensen come up with a game plan beforehand and Spav makes the final calls. What about certain situational running plays that deviate from the original game plan based on what the defense is doing? How much do you think Christensen and Spav talk during the game? Will they both be on the field or is Christensen more of a press box guy?
