Assuming Biden is still on the ticket at that time, I would let Joe talk for the entire 90 mins if I was Trump. LOL
I would be like 'I yield my time to Joe' on every question after a brief response. I would not cut Joe off but let him talk incoherently.
I doubt Trump can or will do this, but that would be my plan if I was debating Joe.
The real questions I have are:
No way Joe makes it to the November election at his rate of decline. No old person should be subjected to this. I don't like Biden's policies, but I hate to see him trotted out like he is actually running the country. This is elder abuse IMHO with the real option to be Weekend At Bernies recreation.

- Does the replacement happen before or after the debates?
- What is the cutoff date for the replacement
- Who is his VP if he does make it? Are they really sticking with Kamala?
