We are in the process of putting our house on the market and moving. Our current house does not have a pool but I'm seriously considering buying a house that already has one. Can any of you guys with a pool tell me what you think the extra cost is monthly in electricity, water, etc. I have no clue what the monthly pool cost would be for an average pool.
